Our stewardship policy: Spending of funds is confined to Board approved programs and purchases. Each designated gift will be used as specified by the donor with the understanding that if that need is already et the designated gift will be used where most needed. Gifts are acknowledged and receipted at the end of that calendar year unless otherwise specified.
